Karen’s Blueberry Balsamic Barbecue Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups blueberries
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until slightly thick. Remove from heat and cool. Place the blueberry mixture in a blender and process until smooth. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Great with pork or chicken!
