We are busy converting our former asparagus processing facilities into a craft spirits distillery to bring them back to productive use, create new jobs on the island and for our community, and to develop unique products that highlight the richness of the Northern California Delta.
Born right here on Victoria Island, we are building a new kind of distillery, blending generations of farming tradition with innovative craft distilling technology run on electricity supported by our new solar power installation to create something entirely new. We aim to bring together people from the Bay Area to the Central Valley and beyond to promote collaboration and mutual understanding centered around hard work, quality craftsmanship and the enjoyment that comes from taking a sabbatical over a fine drink with good people.
